Maybe you don’t have to skip breakfast if you can rustle up something in just 5 minutes! Here is a quick, 5-min cheela recipe, which is loaded with lots of veggies and bang of flavours.

Cheela is everyone’s go-to breakfast meal. This recipe takes its flavours and content a notch above with a stream of flavours from pickle and healthy veggies. Achaari atta cheela is something you must try even if you have all the time to relish your morning meal, because this one is totally worth it.

The recipe video from YouTube channel ‘Cook With Parul proved to be a great find. To make the cheela, grind tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, garlic and a spoonful of pickle of your choice. You can choose aam ka achaar, nimbu ka achaar or any achaar of your choice. Add some curd, salt, cumin and grind everything together to make achaari chutney.

Now make batter for this unique cheela. Add achaari chutney to whole wheat flour. Also add veggies like grated carrots and cauliflower, along with chopped onion, capsicum and coriander leaves Season with salt, chilli flakes and garam masala. Pour some water to make thick but flowing batter.

Then pour a ladleful of the batter in pan with oil and cook from both the sides.
